ok so our first batch wasnt so great...we havent done any melt and pour just threw ourselves in the deep end....

This has patchouli, black pepper, may chang and orange EO and the black spots are coffee beans ground..

wasnt so keen on the smell until i took a teeny bit to test in the shower...

new to the site my next step is to learn how to get CP both translucent (unless it isnt possible) and Im wanting to get a creamy white looking soap.. i tried to mix in some milk with the left over but um that was a nice sloppy mess lol...lined the bottom of my bin nicely...

thanks for the site loving it already...i love seeing visually others soaps so here is our share (when i say our my 7 year and i are doing all the soaps and melts together shes loving it..)

    xx

Wow... I started reading the list of things you'd put in that soap, and thought for a second batch you were pushing yourself too hard... but you've pulled it off! well done, it looks gorgeous. And your photography is lovely too... you must have an awesome camera.

Appartantly lard makes a nice white soap. I'm not a lard girl myself.

Yes, it does. I gotta tell ya, if you tried a lard soap for yourself, you would love it. It brings a mildness and creaminess that is unrivaled. Especially goat milk and lard.
