    ok so travelling along nicely
    oils warmed
    lye right temp
    mix together ooohh looks great
take some out mix some powdered milk
mix some cocoa in the other little bit...

ooh not separating good so far in the mould it goes...
    all snugly wrapped...

    cleaning up

put the fragrance away...HELLO you forgot to put any stinks in it...

so whilst it is going to look purty it isnt going to have any smell other that what the cocoa throws off....

    sigh

could be worse, there's loads of other things you could have forgotten! I nearly missed one of my base oils one time, and I've missed the FO in a batch too.

Mmmm I've done that too. Now I add fragrance straight to the oils before mixing in the lye. One less thing to remember when things are thickening up. cheers

Bubbles have you ever found that doing it that way speeds things up? I'm always scared to put any FO in until the last minute in case things move too quickly!

No problems at all with EOs but I always assume that flowery FOs will speed things up a bit. Not so bad if you use full water.
