I'm in melbourne too
and haven't found anywhere that sells in bulk except Auroma in Fitzroy.. I specifically went there to get some hemp oil as it was the cheapest I could find that was local. Their price list is on the website. I brought the hemp oil, and a few other oils I hadn't intended to buy, and smelt a bunch of testers..lol. The prices were ok but they weren't able to tell me for sure where the hemp oil was from + no information on the can. They thought it was the uk, but for the price, I seriously doubt it.. I'm thinking China.
